Located on the Westside of Los Angeles, Stray LA is a unique venue with three areas: Stage, Main Floor, and Outside. When you book your next event with us, you can rent any of these areas. You can also rent two of the areas or all three areas at the same time.
Stage Area

Plenty of free and paid street parking is available in the area.
Free Large Parking Lots for Evening Events
In addition to metered street parking, there are two large nearby parking lots that are free after 8PM.
Our stage is lit by six overhead grid mounted fully controllable Litepanels Gemini LED lights. We can also install a variety of LED tube lights in various configurations.
Main Floor
Our main floor has a variety of lighting options available various events with many LED lighting options as well as our dimmable overhead house lights.
Outdoor
Our private outdoor space is lit by a variety of solar powered overhead lights which can be turned on or off via remote control. In addition, we can add various LED tube lights.
Our stage is a freestanding brick building with Insul-Quilt™ Studio Blanket installed on all the interior walls making the space virtually soundproof for recording or very loud events.
Main Floor
Our main floor area has excellent sound inside and isolation between our outdoor area and the stage.
Outdoor
Our outdoor space is enclosed by an eight foot high cinderblock walls ensuing both local noise reduction and privacy.
Crew and Attendee Access
We are a ground floor multi-level space with a small set of stairs leading to our Stage.
Equipment Loading
Any venue or space rental includes a loading area right next to our ground level main floor doors as well as our stage door.
Private Green Room
Our Stage space has a private green room with a makeup table, sofa, table and refrigerator for talent or organizer use.
Filming & Recording
All areas including the interior and exterior walls are approved for professional filming, photography, and recording.
Power System
Our Stage, Main Floor, and Outdoor spaces come with numerous outlets and are rated at 500 Amps. Our Stage also includes three 100 Amp Bates connectors for studio lights, plus another 200 Amps spread over 12 Edison outlets on the walls and on the lighting grid.
Circuit Breakers
Our circuit breaker panel can be easily accessed from the utility closet on our Stage and our professional stage management team can reset them or address your power needs.
Age Restrictions
All ages are allowed at our venue for family friendly events. 18+ and 21+ age restrictions can be set by event organizers.
Insurance Requirements
We require $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage. An inexpensive and easy to obtain short term event insurance policy can be bound online from one of our insurance partners.
Furniture and Decorations
We are always happy to accommodate moving any furniture, lighting, or wall decorations for your event as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice.
Haze and Fog Machines
The use of haze and fog machines during events is allowed.
Nudity
For events that are 18+ and include artist performances, nudity is allowed. Adult events or any adult filming requires special approval in advance.
Security Cameras and Recording Devices
There are security cameras covering all areas of the venue 24/7, inside and outside.
